Scaling Circuit provides done-for-you and done-with-you sales infrastructure services for qualified businesses, including but not limited to:

Appointment setting systems

Sales team management (setters & closers)

Funnel and CRM buildouts

Performance strategy sessions

Offer structuring and positioning

Email/SMS automation setup

Sales asset development

Services may be delivered via consultations, online sessions, automations, or custom-built systems depending on the package or engagement.

3. Appointment Booking & Client Onboarding

By booking a free strategy session or any consultation with Scaling Circuit, you agree to:

Provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date business information

Show up on time to your scheduled call or notify us in advance of rescheduling

Be in a distraction-free environment for live calls

Understand that we reserve the right to decline working with businesses that are not a fit

We may cancel or reschedule any appointment at our discretion. Repeat no-shows may be blocked from future bookings.

4. SMS & Email Communications

By submitting any form or scheduling an appointment on our site, you consent to receive SMS and/or email communications related to:

Appointment confirmations and reminders

Follow-up information or documentation

Promotional or educational material related to our services

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to SMS messages or clicking the unsubscribe link in any email.

All payment terms will be documented in a separate service agreement, proposal, or contract. Verbal agreements are not binding. Payment obligations begin only after mutually agreed documentation is signed.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, frameworks, funnels, automations, templates, scripts, strategies, and related materials created by Scaling Circuit — whether provided via consulting or implementation — are the exclusive intellectual property of Scaling Circuit unless otherwise stated.

You may not replicate, resell, license, copy, or distribute any part of our systems, SOPs, or client-facing materials without written consent.

Content provided by you (e.g., logos, internal documentation, brand assets) remains your property and will not be used by Scaling Circuit outside of the scope of the engagement.

7. Confidentiality

Any proprietary information shared between Scaling Circuit and the client — including sales data, offer structure, CRM access, or revenue details — is strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties unless legally required.

All confidential data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. User Conduct & Restrictions

You agree not to:

Misrepresent your business or identity during booking or consultation

Use our forms or systems for fraudulent or deceptive purposes

Reverse-engineer, replicate, or distribute Scaling Circuit’s frameworks

Share private access to our funnels, automations, or internal processes

We reserve the right to block access, terminate communication, or pursue legal action for any misuse of our intellectual property or systems.

9. Limitation of Liability

Scaling Circuit provides strategic consulting and technical implementation services intended to optimize business performance. However, we make no guarantees regarding:

Specific revenue or profit results

Close rates or ROI from campaigns

Appointment volume or conversion

Your results may vary based on market conditions, offer quality, lead source, and execution. You accept full responsibility for implementing the advice or systems delivered.

In no event shall Scaling Circuit, its team, or partners be liable for any direct or indirect damages, lost profits, or business disruption resulting from use of our services.

10. No Resale or Redistribution

All services provided are for the sole use of the original client or business that engaged with Scaling Circuit.

You may not resell, lease, assign, or white-label any portion of our deliverables (e.g., sales scripts, funnel structures, CRM systems) to another individual, client, or agency without express written permission.

11. Right to Refuse Service

Scaling Circuit reserves the right to decline service to any person or business for any reason, including:

Misalignment of values

Business models that violate local laws or ethical standards

High risk industries not supported by A2P or platform policies

Non-compliance with consultation or scheduling expectations

12. Modifications to Services or Terms

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any part of our services, website, policies, or terms at any time without prior notice.

Any updates to these Terms & Conditions will be reflected with a new “Effective Date” at the top of the page. Continued use of the website or services constitutes your acceptance of any updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any legal dispute arising from these terms shall be exclusively heard in the courts located in Ontario.
